You are cordially invited on a heart opening, spirit rejuvenating, and self-loving journey...

Sis, it's time for you to ask yourself the hard (and heart) question:

THIS everyday not living your dreams...

THIS waking up wishing everything was different...

THIS asking yourself each night, how did I get here?

THE STORY BEHIND THE RETREAT // Does this sound like you?

Seven years ago, a friend and I were having dinner. Abruptly, she began to cry and asked me, “Is this it?” Initially, I was confused. Her tears seemed to come out of nowhere; but then she added, “I never imagined my life would turn out this way…I’m ready for something different.”

She was not the first woman to ask me, “Is this it?” I have certainly had many wet pillows examining my own quality of life, so called "achievements," and my state of happily -- especially since “after.”

You know, the proverbial after? After you finished school and you got the job (or didn’t get the job as “they” said you would), after you were married (then divorced or still single, blah, blah, blah), after you had kids (nope...and the clock is ticking), or simply after you turned 30 because by age 30 life was supposed to be all together, right? Riiiight.

Most women age 28-45 are at crossroad, slowly choosing mediocrity versus living a powerful-purposeful-joyful life.

In fact, often when I speak to women who appear to others as “having it all” or at least “having it together” they talk openly about feeling unfulfilled, dissatisfied, unclear about their purpose, and that they are indeed falling apart. Most have abandoned their passions and furthermore, themselves.

Yet, what I find most interesting are the three words I hear the women say at the end of the conversation. They all say, “I AM READY.”

"I'm ready to get out of survival mode."

"I'm ready to have more money."

“I’m ready to take better care of myself.

“I’m ready to fall madly in love with me.

“I’m ready to have more authentic relationships.

“I’m ready to have my life partner.

“I’m ready to launch my business.

“I’m ready to have fun and travel.

"I'm ready to have a deeper relationship with God."

"I'm ready to release... my fears, anger, and past traumas."

are you a ready woman?

praise for the retreat & facilitators

"The Ready Woman Retreat was truly a cleansing experience for me. I was able to tap into issues I'd hidden from myself using subtle yet very powerful activities that were facilitated by equally powerful women. Each activity was not only creative and fun but purposeful. The group discussions were comforting and I loved sharing in laughter and tears among beautiful and brilliant women from around the country. It was encouraging and uplifting. I left feeling refreshed and READY for whatever awaited me! I would recommend this Retreat to any woman--friend or foe." - 2013, 2014, & 2015 Participant

They direct individuals to dig deeper into their core and ask themselves the hard questions as to what is either stagnating their purpose or propelling it forward. If you do not leave the Ready Woman Retreat with life-changing questions to ponder or life-changing questions answered...there is some step you have personally missed."- 2016 Participant

"All my life I have heard how I was so lucky and successful because of all I had accomplished, but truely I wasn't happy. It wasn’t until May 2014 when I went to the Ready Woman Retreat that I actually can say I learn so many things that would change my life.  That retreat changed my life.
